Accepted Payment Methods: Our company accepts payment through various methods such as credit card, debit card, PayPal, bank transfer.

Payment Terms: Payment for services must be made in full prior upon completion of the service. In the case of recurring payments, the payment must be made on the due date stated in the agreement.

Late Payments: Late payments will incur a fee of 5% of the total amount of Invoice. This fee will be charged for each day that the payment remains overdue.

Credit Card Processing: If a credit card is used for payment, the cardholder must provide the necessary information to process the transaction, including the card number, expiration date, and security code. Our company will not be liable for any unauthorized transactions or fraud.

Refunds and Returns: Refunds and returns are subject to the company's refund and return policy which may take upto 5-7 working days, which is available upon request.

Disputes: In the event of a dispute, the customer must notify the company in writing within 7 days of the date of the invoice. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the matter will be referred to an independent arbitrator for resolution.

Responsibility for Taxes: The customer is responsible for any taxes or duties associated with the purchase, including sales tax, value-added tax, or any other similar taxes.

Changes to Payment Policies: Our company reserves the right to change these payment policies at any time. 

Entire Agreement: These payment policies constitute the entire agreement between the customer and the company and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral. 

By accepting and making payment, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of these payment policies.   

Privacy Policy

YumedText is committed to protecting the privacy of the users of the websites that comprise YumedText (collectively the “Site”). To inform you of our policy concerning user privacy, we have adopted the following guidelines. Please note that these guidelines are subject to change, and any such changes will be included on this page and shall become effective upon their posting on our website.

In general, you can visit YumedText websites without telling us who you are and without revealing any information about yourself. There are times, however, when we may need information from you.

The personal information YumedText collects will depend on how you are using the YumedText Site. We use the personal information collected in ways that are compatible with the purposes for which it was intended to be used: to enable your use of the Site; to respond to your inquiries; for system administration, customer support, and troubleshooting purposes; for targeted marketing and product service announcements; for sending newsletters; to improve the design of the Site; to enable us to enforce our Terms and Conditions of Use; and in aggregate form, to track and analyze site usage. YumedText will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is relevant to its intended use, accurate, complete, and current.

YumedText may work with other organizations that provide specific services for us, such as credit card processing. We will only share personal information to the extent necessary for the third party to provide these services for us, and these third parties are prohibited from using personal information provided by YumedText for any other purpose.

Except in the following special circumstances, YumedText does not sell or share personal information about or the purchasing history of individual users:

  • If required to do so by law or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with the law or a legal proceeding, to protect against violations of our Terms and Conditions of Use, or to protect and defend our rights and property or the rights and property of publishers selling content through the service;
  • With service providers with whom we have entered into agreements to assist us with our business operations; or,
  • Other third parties if necessary to deliver our services, such as an institution with which you are affiliated.

In addition, YumedText shares general usage data in aggregated form so that no personal information is identifiable to participating libraries, publishers, and the general public. YumedText will provide you all of your retained personal information provided at registration (where applicable) on request.

We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required by law.

We transfer information about you if YumedText is acquired by or merged with another company. You may choose to give us personal information, such as your name and address or e-mail id that may be needed, for example, to correspond with you. If you tell us that you do not want us to use this information as a basis for further contact with you, we will respect your wishes. We intend to protect the quality and integrity of your personally identifiable information.

We will make a sincere effort to respond in a timely manner to your requests to correct inaccuracies in your personal information. To correct inaccuracies in your personal information please return the message containing the inaccuracies to the sender with details of the correction requested.

Our site contains external links to other organizations and websites, and we do not control the use of data collection on external websites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies and terms of use. This privacy policy governs only the YumedText.

 

Submission

The document needs to be prepared in English language. The manuscript needs to be documented, maintaining double-spacing between lines along with a large margin. All the pages of the document need to be numbered in a sequence, including those containing figures, tabular columns, acknowledgements, references, etc. The documents containing the manuscript should be a single MS Word file. All figures and tables related to the manuscript need to be attached in the same word file. Submit your manuscript as an email attachment to submission@yumedtext.com

Peer Review Process: Each submission would undergo peer review process to enhance the quality of the manuscripts submitted to that particular journal.

Yumed Text Publications follows double blinded peer review process where authors and reviewers donot know the identities of each other and kept confidential.

Plagiarism: Manuscripts that the author/authors submit for publication must be original, following standardized research methods. Manuscripts are thus subjected towards plagiarism check to determine their originality. Author/s may attract plagiarism when words, ideas and facts from published and unpublished sources are mentioned without due acknowledgement of the source. These acts and gestures are considered unethical publication practices and hence they are discouraged.

Duplicate Submission : Yumed Text Publications restrict publishing duplicate submissions i.e, the articles that are already published or under review with journals.

Improper Author Contribution :It is important for authors to mention all others authors list in the manuscript who has contributed their scientific work.

Conflict of Interest : Articles published under Yumed Text Publications must be accompanied by a conflict of interest disclosure. This includes financial and non financial interests, affiliations or any personal, racial and intellectual properties.

Publication types: Yumed Text Publications accepts Original, Reviews, Mini Reviews, Rapid Communications, Case Report, Clinical Images, Perspectives, Letters and Editorial.

 

Preparation of Manuscript

Font Styles and other Formatting details:

  • Title: Times New Roman, 15 Bold, Title Case, Centralized alignment
  • Author(s): Times New Roman, 11 Bold, Left alignment
  • Affiliations: Times New Roman, 10 Normal, Left-Right Alignment
  • Corresponding author: Times New Roman, 10 Normal, and Justified
  • Headings: Times New Roman, 11 Bold, and Left-Right Alignment
  • Subheadings or Sub-sub headings: Times New Roman, 10 Bold, and Left-Right Alignment
  • Spacing: Indentation after/before: 0; Spacing after/before: 0, 1.5 line Spacing

Manuscript Titles: Tile should be brief and precise technical enough to explain the content it holds in the manuscript. It is usually free from acronyms, abbreviations or punctuations.

Author(s): Author names need to be mentioned as Last name followed by their concern Initials without space or any punctuation. In case of more than one author is present they should be differentiated by the conjunction ‘and’ in between. Their affiliations are numbered after the initials in superscript. Corresponding author is represented with a superscript star.

Abstract: The word limit for Abstract is 250 or fewer words. Abstract must summarize specifically the scientific content in the manuscript. Abstracts are short and accurate. Abstracts must be free from citations.

Keywords: Keywords serve as main tool for Indexers as well as Readers to locate your manuscript. Keywords enhance the chances of getting more citations and high readership to your manuscript. An article might contain up to maximum of 4-6 Keywords.

Eg: Lung cancer; Biomarkers; Cancer therapy

Abbreviations: Abbreviations must be separated by semicolon and all the abbreviations used in the manuscript must be mentioned.

Body Text: Respective Manuscript types must be written with the above mentioned structure format. Any of the mentioned structure missing will be resent to the author for further modifications.

Figures & Tables: Should be submitted at the end of the manuscript. Please ensure that all the figures submitted comply with our Image integrity.

Preferred formats are JPEG, TIFF, PNG, GIF and power point. This section includes Figures, their title and description. Figure legends should not be repeated in text. If a figure has been published elsewhere, then you need to get the permission from the copyright to reproduce the material at the time of submitting agreement form. Figures should be numbered in order (as per cited in the text part). Figure legends must be short and mentioned below each figure.

Tables: Tables should not be embedded with the text, but it can be cited in the text part. Each table should contain title and description. There is no limit for tables submitted. Tables should provide new information instead of duplicating the same given in the text. Do not use spaces while making tables. Table should be provided in word document, so that the text in the table can be copy editable as per journal format..

Equations and Formulas: For mathematical symbols, Greek letters and other special characters, use normal text or Symbol font. MathType is used only for formulae that cannot be produced using normal text or Symbol font.

Units: SI/IU Units must be represented.

Supplementary Information: We do not limit the number of supplementary material items that author has to include in the manuscript. Supplementary materials should be named as S (Example Figure S1, Table S1, Video S1, etc.). Make sure that these supplementary items should be cited in the text.. They are published as raw dataset along with the manuscript.

Acknowledgement :

Authors can include funding sources and personal acknowledgement in this section. Authors are encouraged to list all the funding sources used for preparation of manuscript. Please provide the grant number and authors associated with specific funding sources.

References: Yumed Text Publications follows author-number system (Vancouver Style) where all the references including URLs are numbered successively within square brackets, in the same order of their appearance in the text.

Clinical Images

Clinical images are the pictures that show the clinical findings of a particular case of the patient. The clinical pictures should include questions and answers that should educate or remind readers about an important clinical situation or event. The image should not just describe the picture; however, should be informative enough from a clinical teaching view.
